She may get off the topic some with life but, you can bring her back to your concerns. She's talkative and personable. During my visit mid-conversation, she asked me, "who is talking behind your back? Women. 2 of them. Something's going on. Dont worry about them though. They dont mean you good but, they can't harm or stop you." The very next day, I went to work, and for sure my manager called me into the office with another manager to have a talk. They were trying to find something to trouble me. From a pic I showed her of my grandmothers who are deceased, she described their characters precisely. She connected well.
