Purchasing a home for the first time can be a challenge for any buyer who may not be familiar with…read morethe ins and outs of the process. The stress associated with all of the many variables to consider is overwhelming to say the very least. I decided to work with a realtor because I definitely needed some assistance in finding a home that will fit my individual requirements while staying within my budget. From the very start, Darcy was extremely helpful and patient with me as those needs were quite specific. My work schedule is not the most desirable at times, so I incorrectly assumed that this was going to make things difficult. This was not the case as Ms. Jacks did everything necessary to meet with me at the times I could fit into my day, and always made sure to communicate with me shortly thereafter to see how I was feeling about the different properties which we had visited. Her refreshing honesty and straight-forward attitude really allowed me to think about the houses I'd seen, and her ability to catch things I may not have noticed most definitely aided in me ending up with what would be "the one". When I finally found the house that I fell in love with, Darcy assisted in helping me negotiate a price that was very fair for a house that gave me more value than I could have ever imagined. Not too long afterwards, I was able to smoothly transition to getting the loan paperwork started. McKenzie Matthews from the Ruhl Mortgage team aided in my pre-approval and was very easy to work with when it came time to verify my finances for closing purposes. Joshua Thomas also assisted in making sure that I understood all of the final closing details, and throughout the entire process I was well-informed of the terms and conditions of the eventual transaction. When the time finally came for me to receive the key, I was one hundred percent confident that I had made the right decision and worked with the best team in the Quad Cities in Ruhl Homes and Mortgage. Whether you're buying a home for the first time or looking to make your next move within the real estate market, Ruhl is the only way to go. Their expert staff will be able to help you with anything you need, and I would highly recommend the company to anyone looking to find a realtor and a lending agent which they can trust.
