He even let me take my cushions home and try them to make sure they were the correct firmness. When they turned out to be a little too firm I was able to take them back in and he made them a little softer for me. I think I was able to bring them home 2 or 3 times until they were the way that I wanted them... and I hadn't even paid him yet I'd only put a deposit down. He truly cares about his customers!!!
