It is also a great place to take kids. they are very kid friendly, with a big play room to send your kids to, while you have a cold large glass of the local beer(s). Worth taking a trip to, even if it is off the beaten path. BTW, they have a great speciality meat and cheese store across the street, you have to take a look at.

The restaurant was closed when we stopped by around 10 p.m. on a Thurs night. I don't know why this surprised me since I thought it would be open later during the summer. We came back on Friday night and it was packed. It was a little confusing to figure out how we get seated....did we ask to be seated or just sit down when a table opened up? It seemed to be the 2nd option but is awkward when multiple groups are standing and waiting. Once we were seated (outside), I ordered the schnitzel with potatoes. As pics show, the portion is large so I couldn't eat all of it. It was good though. Service was a little odd and unfriendly but our food came out promptly. The menu had English subsections which was helpful. The overall vibe of the place was nice and I enjoyed the experience.
