They require reservations (and were full) but managed to squeeze us in. So glad they did! The manager was super friendly and the house and staff were of an older period, like a rustic old Inn for weary travelers.
DH had the special pork shoulder and dumplings. The meat fell off the bone and was super juicy and tender. Potato and bread dumplings stick to the ribs and soak up the delicious sauces.
My pork snitzel was excellent. Pounded flat, battered and baked it was tasty and tender. The super generous portion of crispy fries made me feel at home having chicken fried pork!
Perfectly satisfying meal to finally eat 'off the boat' on a chilly day.
