Sat in the store for about half an hour waiting for help only for them to make up additional charges that didn't apply online or in the store I visited after this. The attempts to add cost to my transaction appeared to be a successful attempt to get out of doing the work because it wasn't even presented in a way that it would be reasonable to pay it. They often have a better selection of phones than the other nearby stores, but If I can't get it at another nearby store I will just go with buying online before ever stepping foot in this place again.

I have a valid certificate. There was no money out on the phone, why is this a six hour process doesn't make any sense. They're different more efficient ways that they can streamline this process.

I had to change apt units due to a problem in my apt, and while I plugged the modem in at the new apt and the internet was still working, I called to switch over the address. The first agent said that she changed the address and was going to send a newer modem, only to end the conversation with her and get an email saying the modem was enroute to the old address. Then I spoke to another agent who cancelled the new modem. Still, I noticed that my address was the old one, so I spoke with another agent. He said that I'd be contacted to switch the address and then put me on hold as he was processing something, then he disconnected. Today I called another agent who seemed to be setting up the old modem at the new address. Right at the end he disconnected. Then I was transferred to another agent who said that the reason the new address wasn't working was because the previous renter owed money on their account. That said, she had disconnected the old address, so now, over 4 hours later, I still have the wrong address and no working internet. She then transferred me to another agent who wasted another 30 minutes of my time without success. Now I've just been transferred to yet another agent...what an incredible waste of time!

The wait seems needlessly long given the number of staff who are not attentive. Often appears more than 1 staffer is helping same customer. I had to return to store because the service repair didn't work so I needed a upgrade or file insurance claim. There was only 1 customer when I walked in but I had to wait 15-20 minutes. Looks like everyone took a break simultaneously. Polite but too slow and aloof.

I came into Verizon at 7 Pm when they close at 8 (in true douchelord fashion.. I'm very sorry!) & there was a 20 minute wait. Despite my annoying arrival time, I was greeted with nothing but kindness and helpfulness. While waiting, the manager (wish I could've gotten his name to give him the proper kudos!) was making rounds to those waiting offering to help them. I told him about my phone situation, & he was not only very diligent in helping me diagnose the problem, but was also SO nice & understanding. Because my phone was under warranty, he helped me quickly order a new one & even sign up for a future protection plan. **did you know verizon replaces lost or stolen phones under their protection plans?!
