What an excellent experience! I'd been meaning to replace my iPhone 6 battery for a while and finally got around to requesting a couple of quotes this morning. In I went, and was lucky enough to speak to Alan (I think that's his name - should have written it down!) at the desk. He was so nice and helpful, friendly and informative. New battery in within 5 minutes: phone completely restored and works flawlessly. These guys really are the best!! After dropping my iphone 6 on the sidewalk, I was on the search for someone who could repair/replace my cracked screen. Most places around my area were quoting prices between $120-$180 (to replace a screen!??). Luckily my fiancee checked out craigslist and saw their ad for $59 to replace a screen. I yelped them just to check them out and saw they had flawless reviews. Coming in to the store, I was greeted right away, showed them the ad on craigslist and they honored the $59 price. Literally within 5 minutes time, I had a brand new screen on my iphone, with a free tempered glass screen protector given to me (and put on my phone for me) for checking in on yelp as well as a free new frosted case as a thank you for my business (the frosted I had on my phone was cracked and all scratched up after I dropped it). Dang!!! Well I hate to have to do this but the last post and the last 5 stars just doesn't add up... Well...I just honestly hope those people had great experiences and they didn't ask them to Yelp for them for giving a good deal and a free screen protector. FYI protectors come with every customer that comes with a Yelp check in. They did that to me too the first time I came into fix my iPhone 6 screen... Sucks because I came in based on reviews and reliability... Besides I was leaving the next day to a small island for a month. I was being lazy to take in the cracked phone for a couple months already,but I didn't want to have any problems while traveling across Europe. I should have seen the red flags when the kid replacing my screen messed up 3 screens while I waited and it took almost 2 hrs. So he apologized and Threw in the protector as my waiting gift! Not to mention I still paid full price. And did I mention before that screen protectors are given to all customers who Yelp?!? So that was my "sorry for the wait" gift! I didn't mind that until I'm over seas and my screen starts peeling off the phone... I taped it and that would lasts a couple days each time I did that. Now we are 2 weeks in and I called and asked for assistants on what I can do and as accommodating as it sounded for them to say " sure, come in and we will fix it" I thought they would understand better when the circumstance got worse and my touch screen was no longer working so at this point I had no choice but to replace it where I was. That unfortunately meant paying exactly double ($160) because it was the only repair store on the island. SUCKS!!! I literally came in the next day after my flight back to LA and asked if he could fully credit what I paid to them, and apply it to my son's iPad screen,which was $80. Not even the $160 that I really felt they could have seemed a little more responsible for... Besides a vacation island has every rt to charge that because they probably don't get that much business and besides there standard rate was $180!! I gave receipts and the screen back where you can see the adhesive peeling off, (I saw the other yelper had that too, probably the most honest Yelp!!!) Any way conversation became defensive on both ends but he is good at defusing after he defends all his points. So he felt I should still pay $60 for the iPad which means he is crediting me $40... I asked if I could pay $40 ( when I didn't feel I should've had to pay anything ) and he said based on what his seller for the screens said we can see. That made no sense because he is not the decision maker on there negotiations on a broke item. I guess. Any way I gave him the iPad and we decided we can work out the rest when he sees the screen (which I had to bring in the next day) and after kindly working on the iPad when I left there was another problem! Here we go again!!! I left his store defused then the phone call about the wifi wire being stuck to the screen on my son's iPad now my son's iPad has no wifi?!?!? I was trying to be understanding to his issue... He explained the replacement wire he had couldn't be put back in... As if this rare occasion wasn't him just NOT knowing how to do it, because the place to reconnect it was too tiny... Well what ever his story is, I would think after all that I've been thru not able to use my phone the way I wanted to on vacation and now this I would be given the whole job FREE (lol, like the last post) but I got a special deal of $40, and an iPad with no wifi for my kid's youtube... He said my only option would be to take it to Apple and trade it in. Lol... Wow no other competitor store to even recommend me to... Even the other stores after I left there sent me to guys who did know how to do it. Needless to say a place called (UBrake I fix) did it. Everyone wondered why I didn't get the service for free being it was unhandled but damaged by them. I don't know I just wanted to be done with them. Really good smoothers at the end but Thanks for me having to pay double what I gave you for an unfixed iPad. I know you said I was paying for labor but thanks for your time. In regards to the video I posted: I taped it to allow more time in attemp to return as is to the store so I could use there great guarantee replacement. Unfortunately I was forced to spend twice as much at an island that has only one repair shop because over time my touch screen didn't work and was creating damage inside my phone. The guys could have been compassionate enough to resolve any other issues for Free... Like they did everyone else( supposedly) but he argued about paying for their labor and time... Lol. My time meant nothing while every day I struggled with keeping my phone together. And in the store while the kid took almost 2 hours because he messed up 3 other screens while in the process. Or as his boss would say it's the manufactured pieces... Welp don't get such cheap quality pieces. read more

Good Day, A few weeks ago I dropped my iPhone 6 Plus & Note as a test. Messed up both phones bad that was the plan.
