I've seen the owner with a double bass pedal but am not sure if that is able to be used or you have to pay extra. The owner is pretty friendly. There is even a record store attached to the rehearsal studios. The only problem I've found was parking. Sometimes I get lucky and find a spot right out front, and sometimes I have to park all the way around the block. Still, it's totally worth checking out. Recommended for band practice.

I've been here more than once mainly because I work in the wrestling business/industry & have seen some of my co-workers put on some of the best damn shows on here thanks to MLW Major League Wrestling. This place is very very spacious for seating and standing room occupancy. They also have a bar, food area and spots for various meet and greets, signing, picture ops, etc.. Restrooms are clean as much as the staff can handle during shows. The sound here is NICE because duhhh! It's a freakin' entertainment filming studio! So it's some awesome quality shit! My ONLY reason for me to -1 star is as a fan....I don't like they charge around $30 just to park inside. That's so damn ridiculous. It isn't even in a high traffic area with a bunch of trendy spots around like Downtown L.A. or Hollywood, so wtf? Many are stuck having to park outside of this venue where some have gotten their catalytic converters stolen and/or their vehicles broken into or even stolen because it's in a semi-sketchy part of the Long Beach/Carson border. On the day of the wedding, Jen was there from the beginning until the very end ALWAYS with a smile on her face. (Just a tip if you want interviews and if there are some key must people, email or text the photos of the them to the videographer). Everything important was captured and I'm so glad as unfortunately the photographer hired was a dud. The photographer also left about an 1.5 before the event ended and EventFilming.net was there to capture the moments until the the very last song.
