Seller is a scammer. A professional one, at that! Seller never shipped me my order that was over…read more$100+. I have waited since APRIL to receive my items. It's now MID AUGUST!!! No package received. Seller used a tracking number associated with SOMEONE else's address and name and made it appear that it was "delivered", when it never was. The UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE informed me that the tracking number provided from seller was never once associated with my name or my address and was not even associated with the seller's address (MN). The seller's return address was listed as CALIFORNIA & it was listed under a completely different business name. The United States postal service LITERALLY has all photo proof of this package and tracking number being associated with someone else's address and name & USPS has photo proof of this package with this tracking number being delivered to someone else's porch. This tracking number that this "moxie" seller provided was never intended to be my tracking number and this "moxie" seller is a true scammer!!!! What a fraud!!!! I can't believe you can sleep easy at night knowing you're scamming innocent people! REFUND MY MONEY BACK, PLEASE!!!!!! I can't afford to be out the money and the product I ordered. So REFUND my money- because I have waited since APRIL to receive it. I've emailed you, messaged you, etc and YOU NEVER REPLY TO ME!!! You are a TRUE SCAMMER!!! Anyone of you customers of hers have a better contact number or contact name I can get in touch with? Who's the owner of this business? I am so frustrated that she stole my money and never sent me the product.

I have even found a baby gift in this store!

From the first phone call he asks the right questions about what you want out of the day, then builds the whole trip around it. Getting into the BWCA on your own takes real planning, but Craig handles all of it, and once you're out there you've got world-class fishing with almost nobody around. He reads the water, adjusts constantly, and genuinely cares that everyone on board catches fish. He handles the big fish with real care too, quick photos and healthy releases. This is what a professional guide service should be. We're already planning next year's trip.

We were out on Knife Lake on Tuesday July 14 2026 (the day of the closure and evacuation of the wilderness). I had rented a one way Spot and picked up my permit from Spirit. Unfortunately with the device we had no one could communicate with us, but the crew at Spirit was tracking us and keeping everyone back home aware of our situation. After we got back into Ely, they even offered a bunkhouse for us to stay the night before heading home.
