The Dundee Methodist Church was founded in 1913 in Polk County. The first services were held in a…read moresmall school on Highway 8 until they moved into this building in 1913 led by Pastor Crimwell. In 1926 the church was remodeled and a Sunday school was added. The Dundee Methodist Church has been in this location for over a hundred years. Today they are a medium-sized, multiethnic congregation from the cities of Dundee, Winter Haven, Lake Wales, Haines City, Auburndale, and Davenport. I have been to this church twice since they are an official stop on the 39 Mile Scenic Highway Yard Sale. I love the charming, vintage look of this church and the congregation is always welcoming when I stop in. Although I was only passing through they offer service every Sunday at 10:30 AM and on Wednesdays they have adult bible study at 6:30 PM. If you can't make it in person you can watch service on their website and attend bible study through Zoom.

We also are thankful for all of the fun & interactive activities that are being created for kids on a weekly basis. Families are empowered to serve and connect groups are happening weekly. You will be made to feel like family (because we are in Christ). Sunday worship is at 10:00. Everyone is always welcome regardless of denomination. Join us and meet Father Andy our Senior Rector.
