I was passing thru town and needed my dip manicure redone. The staff that day was a wife and husband. She had him take off my previous dip powder. He was pretty rough, grinding hard and using too-hot water to heat the acetone for the soak. She took over for the application of the new powder and that was better but the surface of the finished nails is bumpy and uneven. I cannot recommend. read more

This was the worst experience my daughter and I have ever had. I called this business to see if they had availability for two pedicures and the lady said 10 minutes and then said 15 and wasn't sure. My daughter and I left right after the phone call to get McDonald's for breakfast. Right after we went over to the nail salon and try to eat a little bit before we went in as the lady inside was eating her breakfast. We went inside and started yelling at us and that we were late. There was absolutely nobody inside and I asked the lady if she had an appointment coming in that we can just go. She said no, but I called you. She was very rude and uncalled for yell at your customers. I can't even believe I didn't believe then. My daughter wanted pedicure so we stayed. The owners were the ones working on us and of course I got the lady. She finished my nails first and wanted to skip the hot stones even though it advertises it in the pedicure and she rushed mine and didn't even put a seal on my nails, didn't scrub my feet to use the callus removal as advertised and was just doing a half ass job. The husband/ owner took his time with my daughter and did a good job. I still tipped seven dollars to both of them as the pedicures were $50 each and completely not worth it. The owners even said they don't usually do the hot stones unless somebody mentions it which that should not be the case being as it's part of the package and advertised. They said that some people come in there and don't like how they are well then they need to let them know. They don't want that package. I would never recommend this place to anyone because of the lady owners rude behavior. read more

I have come here for years, but won't be back. It has changed management and the woman in charge spent more than half the time while she was doing my nails yelling at someone in Vietnamese on the phone. Then charged more than the advertised price, acting very indignant when I asked her to explain the extra charge. She is just very loud and very rude. read more

The staff is great, very kind and eager to help, however I am dissatisfied with the product they use. I got a gel manicure done Tuesday (11/6), that was only a week ago & the already the color is chipping. I live in Mesa and get my gel manicures done atleast every 3 weeks with the color lasting the whole 3 weeks without any chips. This is the 1st time I've experienced this happening. The salon is good looking and appears clean, but they are a ripoff. Charge extra to polish your nails (I have been having mine done since the 70's and it's part of the service), shape your nails, and any little thing that should always be included. Not to mention that they also do poor work. My nails are many different shapes, polish isn't applied well, and they continually cut me. Lastly, the person doing my nails spent the majority of the time talking on the phone. Very unprofessional. Take your business elsewhere. read more
