Worst traveling agent agent. Very rude. Don't do business with these CROOKS. We booked a tour to Japan in Jan 2016 and snowed on us the entire time. We were stuck on the bus for 8-10 hours a day and did not go to any of the destinations. The destination included entrance fees and the owner Sherry Chen would not refund us to entrance fee portion of the ticket for two people at $500. My dad purchased air ticket via this agent. But recently Coronavirus extended all over the world, and air company has ticket refund without penalty. When my dad asked for refund, miss Chan( the owner) said that $185 was the penalty charge. After a few days, my dad asked another travel agents for the same situation, the answer was no more than $50 for the service charge. Then my dad asked Miss Chan for it, she was unhappy and refunded $130 for my dad. Wow! That mean, she is cheating a lot on customer's refund. This travel agent is not a honest business.
