It was exhausting after a short time. And this may be the issue with the event, but the organization behind the bar was messy, and it was hard to get a drink quickly. I am not sure if the bartenders were "guest tenders" for the event so again, this may not be a true reflection of the business regularly. What I don't get is the fact that I can order something a bit more pricey with the card. When I'm made aware of this I order accordingly; that means a lower priced item. That in turn translates into less profit for the establishment. Card users have a tendency to order more items or more expensive items. That gets lost when it becomes card vs cash.
