(This happened Friday, September 20, 2024 at 11pm). My daughter and I were super hungry after attending an event for her birthday and decided on some wingstop for a late dinner. We walked through the doors at 11pm and the entire staff was already in clean up mode, no tables to sit at because they turned all the chairs upside down on the tables. I asked the girl carrying out floor mats through the door what time they close, and she said 12. I said ok great and proceeded beyond her to the cashier where he said, "oh sorry you're gonna have to wait it will be a minute I'm counting the registers I can't take your order". So ok that's fine, we stood awkwardly there waiting for a few minutes and he proceeds to move extremely slow. We left after it was made very obvious they no longer wanted to work. This isn't my first problem with this location, but it had been at least 6 months and decided to give it another try. I had wings that came out with disgusting feather pieces and barely coated before (someone has previously posted a picture of exactly how my wings looked). I'll never come back to this location, I'm just writing this as a warning to others. read more

We will never order from this Wing Stop again. We have given them so many chances - but it is obvious they could not care less about the quality of their food or service. We ordered 25 wings, 1 large fry, celery, and 3 sauces. Received no celery and only 1 sauce. The wings were literally floating in oil - just awful. See pic of oil on bag from the wings. Went to register and placed my order - 6 wing combo - I paid and then cashier informed me it would be 15-20 minutes. Below is my first review. Nothings changed. TERRIBLE staff. They ALWAYS FORGET MULTIPLE ITEMS ON UBER!!! We would order this so much more if they were just competent. This place will never survive here with this current staff. Wing stop itself could thrive here but I just walked in for the first time and it's a handful of kids hanging out behind the register talking about video games and smoking weed. One kid had to remind the more stoned kid that he needed to "drop the chicken" several minutes after my order. Good help must be too hard to find in todays world. Sad. I even called before driving up to the store after ordering on Uber to get missing items and sat on hold the entire drive up to the store then proceed to go into store to get missing items while on hold and there was not even an apology. We always come to this wingstop since we are residents of Trophy Club. The food is always fresh and delicious. The location is always clean and maintained when we go to pick up our takeout orders. The friendly service can be hit or miss, but that's people for you. The best wings around!! read more

I get this is a new location, but it's no excuse for the total lack of enthusiasm or work ethic by all the employees. I waited 20 minutes to pick up my online order from the counter and was never helped because the only worker on staff not in the kitchen named Chris was eating wings and watching tik tok instead of helping the 4 families behind me. So I took the initiative into my own hands and walked behind the counter to pick up the bag myself and was threatened by staff when it happened. Not only that, our entire order was wrong. We only ordered two meals and every single item was incorrect?? How is that even possible?? And worst part is when I called in to tell them, I was met with this response, "there was nothing we can do, my employee says he made the order 100% correct". 0 star location. 0 star customer service. 0 star food cause it was entirely wrong and had no way to get a refund. The bread was stale, worker did not want to be there, cussing because the fryers were beeping. The ground was sticky and disgusting and they had just opened from the night before. All of the area where the lids and utensils go was trashed from the night before and sticky with splashes and soda syrup everywhere. The soda machine had maybe about 3 options left in it, so it's clearly not being refilled and it was caked in syrup and looked like it's never been cleaned. Dirty! This place is trash! DOES NOT offer a Military discount online, I have to go to the store and place my order to get my discount-how convenient! After placing my order over the phone, I go to pick up my food, and when I get home I realize they must have made a mistake and messed my order up! No problem, I call them back and the manager offers to compensate me only $10 rather then compensating the complete order! The day all this happened, there was an NBA Finals game on TV, I dont have time to drive back to your store for you to fix YOUR mistake! This Manager lady, Karen I'm assuming needs to be fired! You made the mistake, should had compensated me for that, and due to the inconvenience, should had compensated the rest of the order to show some form of customer service-but she didn't care! In the military, when you make a mistake, people die! You had 1 job, just read the order and cook the food accordingly-couldn't even handle that-how embarrassing, pathetic!
