The manager gives me a cash refund even though I had swiped my card. She also refused to give me a receipt of my credit card swipe and the cash refund she gave me because in her words, "for what, you don't get one!" We put in an online order around 5:30, and were told it would be ready at 5:55. It's currently 7:29 and we are STILL waiting for all of our food to come out. It took about an hour and 15 minutes for half of our order to be ready, and when we told them the other half was missing they made it seem like it was our mistake! Absolutely ridiculous. And we aren't the only ones. There's about 20 other people who have all been waiting over an hour for their orders to be ready. And all the while the employees are chowing down on rolls while they're packing everyone's food with their buttery little hands. So unprofessional, not to mention COMPLETELY unsanitary. Thank god I've been to other Wingstops that are much more competent. If this had been my first experience here I honestly would never come back. Shared a 10 wing combo with a friend--got lemon pepper & Louisana rub. Comes with fries & a drink. The fries were a bit on the cold side, so I'm guessing they were not made to order. For those who complain that it takes a long time, the wings are made to order, so they will take 14 min. after you order. I remember being at the Alameda location, & some woman waiting around was getting all huffy because it was taking too long. They also have the fancy multi-option soda machine. Open til midnight.
