I am extremely disappointed with my recent online order from the Wingstop on Florin Road in Greenhaven. The online tracker stated my food would be ready in 10 minutes, and I arrived exactly on time to pick it up. I live just 5 minutes away from this location, so there is absolutely no excuse for the quality of the meal I received. When I got home and opened the boxes, none of the food was warm, let alone hot. The fries were incredibly soggy and clearly not fresh. Even worse were the wings themselves. I ordered 40 pieces in several different flavors, and every single one of them was horribly over-seasoned and super salty. I couldn't even stomach more than two pieces, and my kids couldn't eat them either. We ended up having to throw the entire order away. It is completely unacceptable to spend money on that much food just for it to be cold, inedible, and tossed straight into the trash. I will definitely not be returning to this location. read more

I've come here a couple times to pick up hot wings for my sibkid and I've also ordered for delivery through DoorDash. I found that there are better deals on their own app. We have had good luck with both pickup in person or delivery. And before long, I actually tried a hot wing and liked it. So now i nosh on a few when we order. We stick with the classic original and I also enjoyed the extra spicy chili lime flavor recently. The orders have always been accurate and at the proper temperature. Customer service has been good. Ready when I come to pick up. Some of the waits look longer for people who order at the counter, so if possible an in-app order will likely save you some time. The parking lot is pretty packed here with various businesses but you can always park in the larger section of the lot that faces Nugget. We just stopped at wingstop for a quick snack and what a nightmare! It was a while to place the order and it was over 30-minutes before we got it and it was wrong! The dinning area was not very clean and there was no one eating in. We will never go back. They did not even have a trash can in the dining area. It turns out the machine that prints your order to let the kitchen know to make your order was not working. There was a lady on the phone trying to get it fixed and finally the printer was working. She realized that my order never printed. Instead of making excuses, she offered me a free large drink and assured me my order would be ready. I am not sure if they changed ownership, ive noticed the changed in customer service and lack of respect from the employees since the pandemic. Also when i visited and ordered out, they do not offer military discount like they used to. There were 3 african american males working around 5pm, when i had visited. The two in the back were messing around listening to music on their airpods. I would like to keep going on this review,but i am so livid that they dont even deserve a review.My experience was not pleasant and i have spent $100+ on my order. Another customer came in and left after complaining the price then the employee started making fun of him to other coworkers while other customers heard him.
