9-21-2018. Just got back from Wingstop and it was not a good experience!!! We ordered Cajun fries and got regular one's I asked the young lady if we could get them sessoned and she took them back and just threw the seasoning on top without tossing them. For some strange reason we also got fries that were cut so big that they weren't cooked. The last 3 times we visited this location they have screwed up our order so no more Wingstop from Hollister for us. Anyways, so I will start off with that I have not been to a Wing Stop in about two or three years. I walked in on Sept. 3rd late night really tired after a not so great day. I wanted to order take out but I had honestly forgotten how to order, I know, sounds super dumb. I was feeling a little insecure about being unsure how to order for two people. I told Rene that I needed help ordering and he kindly gave me a few options of orders I could make that would be good for two. Also he was was able to recommend flavor options since I had forgotten most of them. Rene was extremely knowledgeable about your products and spoke professionally. He told me my wait time was 20 minutes and kindly and quickly brought my order to me in 10 minutes! Rene was an extraordinarily sweet to me and made my night end on a positive note. If I could have left him a tip I would have. I can honestly say I have never had a person in the food industry treat me as well as Rene did. If I could give 0 stars I would. First off, I preordered online and got there 20 minutes later when my order was supposed to be ready only to be standing there for another 40 minutes. Everyone in the store was also waiting around 40 minutes. The staff kept messing up everyone's orders. At one point we heard the staff arguing about who mixed up the bags and which ones they gave out. Everyone in the store was bicibky upset but. The staff did nothing to deescalate the situation but instead kept making excuses. The cashier kept telling everyone their order would be done in 5 minutes but we were all there for 40 minutes just waiting and staring at each other. At the 40 minute mark I just wanted to leave and get my money back but then they insisted that they were packing the order. I got home and opened the bag only to find out that they had still messed up my order. I was missing a set of wings and the ranch was clumpy and tasted expired. It was definitely not blue cheese because we are very familiar with what wing stop blue cheese taste and look like. Wingstop tastes the same (imo) no matter which one you go to, however, the service here could use some consistency. It seems to be better or worse depending on who's working. We've had orders come out wrong and have to drive back to get it corrected. We've seen employees being unprofessional when people they know come in etc. It's the only one in town, so I'm sure we will continue to go and just hope when we do, the staff that are working are professional. read more

Went a few days ago and my husband ordered boneless wings. A couple problems.....one, they shorted him several wings and second, it looked like they gave him crumbs from the bottom of the bag. This location has always just been okay compared to the other Wingstop locations that I've visited over the years. The workers always seem like high school aged kids who look like they could care less to be there which is reflected in the food quality and preparation. I constantly have orders with soggy and unseasoned fries and unseasoned and cold wings. I've given this location 3 chances a couple months apart and its failed all 3. First time the fries were soggy and EXTRA oily. I only ate the top half. The second time I ordered online, I went, picked up and when I got home and opened the box, all 15 of my boneless wings were burnt. Due to the fact that I ordered before heading home after work I ended up making dinner. And now the same way that I ordered my meal only to come to find that the wings are undercooked , so undercooked they were mushy with a slight pink color on the inside. I asked for the seasoned frys with light seasoning. If you don't they come so seasoned you can't eat them. And they had not one cup in the house in regular or large for soda.
