This is the worst experience I have ever had at a wingstop. I came in and the lady at the register would not take my order. She requested someone else come and do it while Was busy doing nothing. The experience took upwards of 25 min for "fast food". Once I got my food the chicken was so rubbery and awful that it made me puke and my friend found hair strands tangled in his fries. The store was called and spoke to the manager and all I can say is that their employee work ethic stems from their manager. This is by far the worst experience at a Wing Stop. Everything about my order was wrong. I asked for a 10 piece classic, 5 lemon/hot and 5 garlic parmesan. When they called out my order, they only put initials and that was confusing because there is no K anywhere in my name and what was on the tray was not what I ordered. It was all original hot. When the male worker brought me my food the second time I asked him about my fries. He got offended and got in my face, and used a deep voice to try and intimidate me saying you didn't say anything abut fries or garlic parmesan when I took your order. If you want fries I will up-change you. I said that's fine, but I know what I ordered and walked up to the register to pay then he said not to worry about it. Not to mention the restaurant was discussing. The doors to the restroom looked like they never have been cleaned and the soda machine was filthy. Ordered 3 8 piece combos. Got home and realized was given 6 piece combos. Called store and was told I had to come back same night for the missing pieces. I live several miles away and asked if I could return the next day for a single 6 piece. They said no. Too bad for this company as it would've resulted in additional sales as I surely would've bought more. No I'll just choose to go elsewhere. I am just baffled and simply disgusted!!! My boyfriend and I got food here today and took it home. While watching tv we ate and at one point I got full so I passed him my fries. I had already ate half so as he finished the other half he noticed something that did not look like a fry at the bottom of the basket. Indeed it was not a fry. It was the bottom half of a damn ROACH!!!! I have absolutely no words to describe how disgusted I am. This was the first time EVER going to a Wingstop and it will definitely be my last. We tried contacting the store and since they were busy (the line was almost outside the store when we picked up our food) they left us on hold for 10+ minutes. This place is very hit or miss. I'm a huge fan of the seasoned fries, but the last three times I ordered them: The first time they were dried up and half of them were rock hard. The second time they were pretty decent, but cut too large for my taste. The third time I paid for extra seasoning and they came with barely any! The last time I ordered wings (I always do the dry rub and get medium and mild sauce to dip them in) some of the wings were big but some were very small, and they all seemed really fatty. My boyfriend went in to pick them up and I wish I had instead. He asked for the sauces and apparently some dude in the kitchen yelled that mild is medium or something and he only gave my boyfriend the mild sauce. It tastes WAY different, it's almost kind of buttery (kind of like the Hooters sauce you can get from the store in the jar) and I can't eat a lot of it, so I was pretty bummed about that. Maybe if some things can change around there I'll rethink my review. I'll try them again just because I love the fries. Fingers crossed. UPDATE: this place had gotten way more consistent and overall much better! Staff are all so kind and hardworking, food is great! I go at least once a week most weeks. read more

After waiting an hour and no order, we called the restaurant, got hung up on several times with no explanation. When someone finally decided to give us the time of day they were extremely rude and told us that our order was being made (an hour and 30 minutes after we ordered it) and proceeded to hang up. I decided to place an order online as I was leaving work, to pick up on the way home. I work at the hospital. It seemed as if it didn't go through, so I decided to call to make sure it did. They answered immediately, but stated, "please hold." and put my on hold. I walked to my car and drove all the way to the restaurant, while remaining on hold (over 17 minutes). The phone was disconnected as I arrived into the parking lot. I went inside and there were maybe 3 or 4 people waiting for their food, but no patrons at the actual register. I walked up and asked if they had my order from online and they did not have it. They asked if I wanted to place an order, however I declined and let them know that I what had happened and that I had been left on hold for over 17 minutes. It was quite clear that I was forgotten about. I was genuinely looking forward to trying out wings from here, however this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth. The portion of fries was huge and the wings were sooooo yummy. I ordered the garlic parmesan and the teriyaki. Totally worth it! I ordered online and picked it up at the counter with no wait. Before going to see a movie with my freshman ECU student we are here and I will honestly say it was EXCELLENT!! I was in Greenville visiting my daughter and we decided to stop at this new Wing Stop for lunch. BIG MISTAKE! The ladies at the front counter were extremely polite and helpful. Problem is they were out of almost everything.No Boneless wings, out of certain flavors etc etc. We ordered but 3 sets of customers after us leftwithout ordering when they found out they were out of everything. Waited for an extremely long time as the kitchen seemed to be having problems. One customer ahead of us got his order but it was totally wrong. The manager/ owner was called out but was not willing to do anything about it. There were no napkins, just one roll of paper towels for the whole restaurant. No ketchup dispenser, just one large dirty bottle of ketchup on the counter for the whole restaurant. Definitely the most mis managed fast food place we ever have been in.
