If I could leave 0 stars I would! By far the worst wingstop I've ever dealt with. The reason we call in orders are because it's a convenience for people in a rush or with schedules of their own. Placed an order 1030pm with an employee. Took my order just fine. A little bit of a language barrier, but never a problem with me. Told me my order would be ready in 20 minutes. So I took my time getting over there. Get there to pay and they say my pre will take 28 minutes. I asked why and they said it's their new policy that they start the order after payment. Never stated that on the phone, told me my eta, and even gave them a 5 star on their survey. Big mistake! Then gave me shit for wanting a refund because I couldn't wait. When it's good it's great, but when it's bad it's awful! Also who goes to Wingstop expecting the worst, well nobody should, but this location is not consistent! They are usually really busy and possibly short staffed. Unfortunately due to those two things, when they mess up, it's a sad day! This last time (last week) I ordered online and picked up - got home and the boneless wings were not even moist (Mango Habanero) the sauce looked like it was drizzled on the wings, I could see parts of the wing had no sauce at all. Fine it's cool, I ate it. Got to my Lemon pepper ones and seen a long thin light colored hair on top. I pulled it out and my husband watched and knew right away it was definitely not mine. My sweet husband then offered his BBQ ones to me since he knew I was absolutely NOT going to eat the lemon pepper ones. I took him up on his offer but his BBQ ones were so old, they tasted stale and the inside was dry. I didn't even wanna complain since he had offered the wings to me as a nice gesture to make up for my Lemon pepper ones. Once he mentioned the old dry wing, I agreed with him. We then called Wingstop in hopes to contact them about this experience, the hair, and wasted wings. However we called them 3 times from my husbands phone and no answer. Been to this location a few times. Waited a while in the previous visits but this recent time was a good experience. Placed an online order and it was ready within the estimated time. I ordered the lemon pepper sandwich which was pretty good + 6 pc wing combo. The chicken in the sandwich was juicy and crispy. Oh Wingstop, please work with "Maria" supervisor of this location and train her on communication. Sunday 3/26 around 4:50pm my husband ordered at EPA location. He then picked up at 5:05-5:10pm. Food- inconsistent we ordered: BBQ sauce wings- really good and saucy overall the best of the items we got Garlic Parm wings- I think they changed the formula because it was not a dry rub when I have ordered it before. This version is not as good as the last, the garlic was dull and the fact that they just sprinkle a light dusting of parm just didn't cut it. It was extremely plain tasting and I was not a fan Seasoned fries- was not well seasoned, there's was a little bit of the seasoning on some fries towards the bottom of the basket but it was just very plain fries, it was very disappointing. We have been going to this Wingstop for years and never, ever have we gotten our order on time. Everytime you go you have to wait a long time. Today was the worst experience yet. I show up to grab my food and they cannot find my order but they didn't tell me that. I tried calling the corporate number and no one answered. No. This is my only lunch break and know for a fact that the chicken had been sitting for at least an hour. I also work with chicken so I know what it looks and taste like. I don't know why my order wasn't cooked to order. With the amount of time I had from the call placed to pick up should have been perfect for pick up. The chicken would cook for about 12-20 max. So there definitely isn't a excuse. Let's not forget I asked for LIGHT SEASONING on my fries and I got NONE. Which they were also old as well. Way to ruin my lunch.
