Used to be great. Now they serve Pepsi and all I can say is I went from once or twice a week to once every other month.

They had good service and amazing wings but it was a little crazy with the TVs music and talking in a dark room

I've been coming here for years. However, recently things have changed. Management is obviously lacking when they are not concerned about cleanliness and quality. The floors are so greasy and disgusting that you almost fall when walking. The chairs are nasty and cracked. Way too loud and crowded for the quality of food that you receive. read more

This place is great! They have great wings and awesome pizza. My personal favorite sauces are the Texas Thai and the Raspberry Chipotle. I also like the ghost pepper dipping sauce. Great place to drink some cold beer and watch a game. They have TVs everywhere. Soccer, football, basketball, you name it they have you covered. Busiest day of the week is hands down Tuesday because of the 2 for $20 special. Sunday is happy hour all day. Anytime there's a big sporting event, they will be packed. read more

In town for business. Try to find best wings in town when I can. This place hits the spot. Started off with a garden salad. Fresh and decent size. Moved on to the fried mushrooms. Decent, not great. The breeding was missing something. They are huge though. Next was 10 bone in wings, buffalo medium, were on point. Wings were big and meaty. They were sauced up just right. Subpar! We have eaten at one of these WPT locations in another town, so my expectations were already set upon coming in. We have been in this location twice and been disappointed mostly by the service. Food, overall, great---the wings are great, sauce selection is great, pizza was yummy too. Service--ugh. So they have these iPad, or something like an iPad, that the servers use to order from. Along with the iPad they have a call button on the table to request for a check or a server, this could be a novel idea. Our server's iPad was having problems, they apparently have no way to put your order in without YOUR server's iPad. Everyone that came in long after we initially ordered continued to receive food, while were informed of a faulty iPad and our food was coming. Normally in a sports bar I do not mind waiting, in the middle of the day at lunch with my child, a child with a short window of patience, I do mind watching others eat and we are waiting. This kind of thing has happened a both times we went to eat. If we go back, it will be take out. ***to Mike- my favorite is the spicy BBQ. I am glad you are updating your technology, with that said, you should consider a backup plan when the technology fails. Simply stopping an order or process because you are correcting a problem does not seem fair to customers. Since they have opened up the bar area and moved to full service throughout the restaurant the place has just gotten better and better. It is a favorite place for my friends and I to go. read more

Either owned or operated by a misogynist. I saw an elderly bald man behind the bar, screaming at the bar tender for an innocuous error. She later came back with tears in her eyes, and provided great service. We ended up leaving and not returning. Factor in this with the sanitation issues and mediocre food.... i would avoid this place altogether. The only reason it survives is because of a lack of competition. The new carry out packaging is an awesome upgrade! The service I received tonight was leaps and bounds beyond past experiences. When I called in our order, the employee let me know the wait would be 45 minutes to an hour; to be expected for the best Tuesday night deal in town (20 wings for 12 dollars). An employee called 40 minutes later to let me know my order was ready. This was awesome!! I don't mind waiting for it as long as I can get it home and it's still hot. From the former styrofoam to plastic heat holding containers, the wings were piping hot an hour after I picked them up. Also, if you love spicy, nothing beats the "Wing on Fire" sauce. After seeing the reviews for this place, my wife and I thought we would give it a try. First, the woman who took my order over the phone was not friendly. I understand you are probably busy, but you don't have to be mean. On the other hand, the food was good, not great. The cheese fries were okay, and the cheddar peppers were fine. My wife's garden salad was fine too. I thought the wings were pretty average too. I guess I had high expectations because of the reviews. Perhaps the atmosphere of the restaurant adds to the experience. (It was rocking. Televisions everywhere, sports on every channel, etc...) Unfortunately, I don't think we'll be going back. Whenever I'm in town, and I get the chance, I stop by to get their chicken Philly. It's my favorite and it's always amazing! Their pizza is fantastic too. And the ranch... Staff were incredibly rude and more interested in loudly discussing their personal lives than customer service. I thought I was going to have to pour my own beer. Not only that, they had me pay upfront for the beer. What if I wanted more than one? What if I decided to drink less than what I paid for? I did not trust them to tender change, or properly refund since I paid with a card. I ordered a pizza, a decision I immediately regretted as for the next two days I had food poisoning. Never returning and advising anyone I encounter who expresses interest in the place the same. I almost want to stop people at the door to prevent them from making the mistake of patronage to this shitty establishment. Seriously. Wingstop is superior and just across the highway. UPDATE: It's been a while since I've been on here, and upon logging into my account I noticed a message from the owner: Helena, I appreciate your honest feedback. My wife and I were not there on the night you came in but I researched as much as I could before responding to your review. From what I understand you ordered food to-go which is why you paid for a beer while you waited. We are full service in the dining area and you should have been approached and offered to open a tab if you had wanted more than one. If we didn't approach you in a timely manner when you sat down I apologize. My other concern is that you feel you got food poisoning from my pizza. I can assure you we go to great lengths to assure all food is properly handled. I have had no one else approach me about getting sick from eating here and I'm sorry you got sick. We sell hundreds of pizza every week and about 30,000 wings per week and have been in business for over 7 years and have never had any complaints before about food poisoning. Wife and I have eaten here several times, and every time is fantastic. They have great wings, large and meaty. They also serve a mean pizza and will work with you no matter what you want to try. The bar is popular, they have a good salad bar, and the place is clean and fun. We have moved a distance away now, but whenever we are in the area, we make it a point to stop in for some great fun food and a cold beer. First time here. East coast girl decided to see how their Philly cheesesteak would compare to my hometown cheesesteak. They did good! Not exactly how I got them back home, but delicious! The wings are great and the staff is very friendly. I've never had to wait. I recommend the Lemon Cajun wings, dipped in the house made ranch... Amazing. The chips and queso are also really good as an appetizer and top it all off with the strawberry cream cheese pie for dessert. As soon as my beer is less than half, a server is immediately there asking if I would like another. This is the third time I've been here and I always seem to get Bella as a server. She gets 5 stars alone! I will definitely be coming back for more. I would give it all 5 stars but honestly I would like to see some healthy choices on the menu because then j would not feel bad about coming here more often. This a great place to go to watch sports. What I like most is that it is kid friendly. They have numerous tv's everywhere so u will not miss one play from the game. My husband, kids and I loved this place. It's nice and big, plenty of t.v.'s for sports and trivia fans, and the food was awesome. Compared to say wing stop, the boneless wings are big hunky chunks of REAL FRESH chicken, they came out steaming hot and everyone chowed down. I came I went in Friday night August 30th. around 10pm I sat at the bar 5+ minutes before the man and women next to me was talking to a waitress and told them I hadn't been helped yet. Sweet girl came and got my drink order. 15 minutes sitting there, tall white women assuming my bartender finally notices me by making a comment "oh I just noticed you there" ok no problem, took my food order. I am 25 minutes in and my bartender hasn't even noticed my cup has been empty this whole time, she is actually standing across from me at the bar chit chatting it up with her friends. Best place in Temple to watch football, and honestly, I even prefer it to anywhere I have been in Austin. I'd like to see a few more craft beers, but there is no spot that doesn't have a view of multiple TVs, the staff is friendly and provides great service, and both the pizza and wings are great. Best place in town. Specials are great and an unbelievable military discount. Have had not had anything that I did not like on the menu. I recommend the fried shrimp with Texas Thai sauce. read more
