They offer boarding at their rehab facility downstairs which has been so helpful to us. I tried ordering my specialty cat food, told it will take a week, which is fine. I call back a week later, two weeks later, a month later, never did get my cat food. Tried 2nd time, same thing happened. Both times I was able to get the cat food with no problems in Brampton and getting it same day. Asked the receptionist and get my head almost bitten off by her! Unacceptable! I will never go back there again! I regret taking my cat there and contributing $2300 to their business for a simple surgery.....is this how they treat people after they get their money?? She seemed nice when I first paid. The Guelph Cat Clinic brought him back to health, and supported me through the extremely time-consuming and exhausting care it took to keep him healthy. They checked in every couple days once I brought him home to make sure he was doing okay, as well as to make sure I was okay. I will forever take Kilo and Simba to this clinic, and I would like to especially thank Dr. Farley for the amount of time and effort she put into nursing Simba back to health. He gets very scared, and becomes aggressive when fearful. Even sedation at home typically is negated by his fear. Our appointment with Dr. Farly went smoother than I could have hoped. She was very gentle, calm, and low stress for my cat. She was able to handle my cat for a thorough physical exam, and administer his vaccine without restraint. The birdcage in the exam room helped distract him just enough to prevent him from being fearful! It was amazing, and definitely well worth it. Fees are reasonable, and comparable to other clinics in the area

I had an emergency with a Guide Dog and I called the emergency number on his business line. I had to drive to Guelph to Campus Estates instead which was an extra 20min further, but at least they didn't yell at me for not being a regular client.
