DO NOT ORDER ON LINE! As with previous reviews I ordered wine on line in April, 2022. My credit card info was taken immediately and I received a paid receipt by email. After a week I called numerous times and sent many emails. No acknowledgement. I only then read multiple reviews of this business. Well I was defrauded. I had back and forth emails with Wine Searcher, the site where I found his offer. I hope they removed him. I also contacted my credit card company. They too could not reach the wine store. This business literally stole my money! NEVER ORDER ONLINE FROM THIS BUSINESS! This started in November of 2014 when I ordered two bottles of wine totaling about $200 as a Christmas present for my brother to be shipped to Nevada. I received a UPS Ground notice that it was being shipped and thought nothing of it. In November of 2015 I asked my brother about the wines he received the prior year. He informed me that he never received the wine. I went back to my emails and checked the shipping slip and sure enough it was never actually sent. At this point I thought it was an honest mistake so I call the store. Initially they were friendly and said that it never was shipped and that they would look into it and give me a call back. When I didn't receive a call back with in a week I called again. They said the same thing. This repeated for about EIGHT weeks with never receiving a call back. Finally in January of 2016 he confirmed he couldn't find the order but would be nice enough to send out two more bottles with an additional $50 price tag on it. I was relieved and gave him the information about the two new bottles of wine. Again, I thought the sale was done and assumed the bottles would be shipped. I was wrong. The beginning of September 2016 I ask my brother if he's received the bottles yet, he informs me he hasn't so I called the store. I get the same response "I'll look into it and get back to you." I never received a call back and now I think he's screening my calls because I've been calling for two weeks and it goes to voicemail every time. I leave messages and still haven't had anyone pick up the phone or return my calls. Every call I've made has been professional giving him the benefit of the doubt, all my messages are asking for an update on the order and professional. So not only have I paid for the wine in Dec 2014 that they still have sent, but now they won't even return my calls or pick up the phone. read more

Happy anniversary. It's already been a year since I ordered my wine from these people. Still haven't gotten it. I asked Wine Connection if they could FeDEx the place by my house that has a parking lot. Guy said "that shouldn't be a problem" then went ahead and sent it UPS. Now of course FedEx cannot receive UPS. For a couple months, we corresponded about resending the wine, but WC has ignored me for ten months now. WC looks like a great store for walk in sales, but I will never trust them again with internet sales. I can't tell if they're jerks or bumblers, but I can't trust them with internet sales. read more

They notified me that they would hold due to weather risk (heat). I said I was willing to take the liability and they should please ship it ASAP. They agreed. That was July 2016. After a few weeks I sent follow-up e-mails and got no response. Then I went on vacation. In October 2016 I called to get an update. They acted surprised that the wine had never shipped and assured me it would be shipped. No wine ever arrived. In November 2016 I called to get another update. Again they acted surprised. They assured me they would deal with it. They took all my info (even though they have it in their system). Said they would check the warehouse. No wine ever arrived. In December 2016 I called. This time, after explaining my situation, they individual told me they're very busy right now with the holidays. He said he had lots of people in his store and could not help me right now. I said I was a customer as well, but he said he needed to give preference to customers in store. Said he would call me back. Surprise, surprise, he never did. I had told them if they did not have it in inventory a refund would be fine. They always claimed they would get it to me. This place is a fraud. I worry this is another Premier Cru. I also had a very bad experience, after having been a customer for many years, I suddenly found myself chasing down my wines and sending over 100 emails to get some of my wine delivered and, eventually, a credit for wines that I paid for 2 years earlier!!! Buyer beware. read more

Have been to this store a few times. In terms of quality wine selection it is decent. The reason for the poor review is that the last time I was in the store I was charged an extra bottle of wine. I immediately called to let the owner know and he told me I would be refunded on my credit card. I waited a week or so and still no refund. I called again, many times since there is an answering machine and the people working almost never answer the phone. I left a message and no return call. I finally got a hold of the owner a second time and was told again I would be refunded on my credit card. Again, waited a week or so and still no refund. After many calls again, I spoke with someone and was told the owner would call me back to discuss. He never did. After a few days I left another message that I would dispute the charge if no one called me back to resolve the issue. No response after another few days. I did dispute this charge. Fortunately, it was not a large amount of money, but I would be wary shopping here because of the unreliable customer service. I will not be going back here as there are other local wine shops with quality wines and more importantly way better customer service. read more

This place cares nothing about their customers. I came across them and thought I'd give them a try. In October, I purchased thousands of dollars from them and when they ran a "Thanksgiving special" on a 2005 bordeaux that was a really good price, I ordered a case. After 3 calls re-assuring me they would send it "this week", 2 e-mails that were not even responded to, and weather conditions now too cold to ship, I finally gave up and asked for a refund. The person I talked to didn't even care about it and simply said "I don't know why it didn't go out, do you still want it?". Obviously they will NEVER get my business again - BE WARNED !!!! read more
