The customer service in this auction house is a joke. I received the wrong item, after one of their auctions, messaged them via email the same day. They replied today 8 months later, to tell me that they will not service the issue, because it is too late. I called them to point that the original email was sent on the same day, and they replied that they cannot service me because although I sent an email promptly, I did not pursue it with additional forms of contact. We personally had a bad experience. Slow to reply to emails, saying they have a 14 day reply policy. When we asked for a catalog of unsold items, they shared other people's photographs. We had to follow up on every auction and did not consistently receive proactive updates. One item we asked to be returned was sent, but it was the wrong item. They refuted this and denied any wrongdoing. read more
