A six…read moremonth project that yes was stalled by the pandemic, but once workers came back is taking abnormally long. They advise building residents of a finish date only to change it five times already. It was supposed to be completed before the hot months of summer, but not so. So residents have suffered the heat of two summers without the ability to open their windows lest grimy black construction grit coats the inside of their apartments and no access to their balconies to get fresh air. They say now September 2021, but it is mid August and they are nowhere nearing done. Workers come very periodically. It is not a consistent effort to complete the job. An example of poor management is the choice of replacement balcony tiles. They asked residents too late to have a choice of colors and suppliers say only a horribly ugly dark grey is available. Poor advanced planning hampers the work on this building. Renters have complained to apartment owners that they cannot use their apartments fully. Some asking for refunds. Another moved entirely. Yelp show only one other review which they do not recommend. But our experience would confirm that reviewer's concern about this company's management of projects.
