I believe the firm are reputable and trustworthy and acted in genuine good faith. In fact apart from some leaks I am pleased with the overall result. I would like to formally apologise to Mr Tingley for any grief caused .It certainly was not my intention to cause any distress and I wished I had never written my first review. I would very much like to completely get rid of it but not sure how to do it. I would like to wish Mr. Tingley and Homecare Exteriors every success for the future and I will always recommend them to colleagues and to friends and family. Once again my sincerest apologies.

The whole process from choosing the designs, to measuring up and then the fitting was very simple and easy. The fitters who came to do the installations were very friendly and tidy workers. Really impressed with the care that they took to do the job properly. We were also pleased that we could register the windows with Network VEKA to get the 10 year guarantee which is very reassuring with any company these days! I'd recommend Madeira to anybody and in fact, we are considering adding a conservatory so will be getting a quote from them!
