I came across La Contessa Apartments online and immediately fell in love. I was able to call and email to get all of my questions answered and everyone I spoke to was always extremely nice and knowledgeable. The first moment I had a chance to I came down and saw it in person. It was exactly as it appeared in the pictures which I was extremely happy to see. Before I knew it we were moving in! Within the first few days of us moving in my ac broke and it was Friday and almost time for the front office to close, but that didn't seem to matter. They sent maintenance right over and got it working again, he even stopped by the next day to ensure it was working great! Overall I am extremely happy that I chose this as our home!

They initially did a good job on my garden bed, which is why I trusted them with a waterfall…read moreproject in my backyard. Unfortunately, that project turned into a completely different experience. I paid in full for a waterfall project. I did so out of kindness when the owner, Matt, said he needed money to pay his assistant, and I was reassured the job would be completed to satisfaction. The project was a failure, the waterfall repeatedly leaked and could not be repaired. I reached out multiple times asking when the owner, Matt, would return to fix the problems and finish the job. Eventually, he stopped responding altogether. He didn't have the courtesy or professionalism to return my texts or phone calls, despite already having been paid in full. They also did not complete work on a retaining wall, nor did they come through with the landscaping that was agreed upon. Reliability was a constant issue. They would show up at odd hours, and other times they simply wouldn't show up at all. Meanwhile, my backyard was left a mess and I was stuck trying to find a way to clean it up and finish the project. It's extremely disappointing because the garden bed showed they are capable of doing good work. Unfortunately, that means very little if you don't stand behind your word and finish what you were paid to do I would not recommend this landscaping company to anyone. I expected basic professionalism and for the job I paid for to actually be completed.
