Avoid!!! I required some new windows knocked through. They advised building regulations weren't…read morerequired. We kept getting damp, they blamed the weather! Fast forward to selling the house. We found out we did need building regulations. Building Control were called out, within 5 minutes they spotted a number of issues which required urgent rectification. Ended up paying another builder to re-do the shoddy work of Emsworth Builders. When I mentioned who had done the work the person from Building Control rolled his eyes as he had heard many bad reports about them! When I contacted Emsorth Builders to discuss, they didn't bother to get back in contact and I received no apology whatsoever.
