We ordered the iced dirty chai with regular milk - which the sweetest lady at the counter said was straight from a local dairy farm with low pasteurization. The coffee was AMAZING and I would definitely recommend to anyone staying in town. The lady we ordered from was the sweetest and gave us recommendations in Jackson Hole as well!

I learned alot from them while watching. They are real pros. Few days later I picked up the processed Cow Elk again they met me there during closed business hrs. I received steaks, breakfast sausage, ground meat, roasts, sirloins, back straps. A total of 302 pounds !!!! The packaging was perfect, much better than I could have done myself. Also hard frozen making it easier to get home in great shape. I had you process my Elk last year it too was the best. Thankyou very much Terry and your crew. Job well done. I can't tell you how happy I am with your excellent work. An PS you have the cleanest most organized Butcher shop I have ever dealt with. I have a Tag for Wyoming. Hope and planning on seeing you and your crew in November. Many thanks again Bob Tillisch , California

Not only did they screw up my order, but from the 67 pounds of meat provided I only received 27 pounds of processed meat, and that includes the 10% by weight of beef fat they added. There is no possible way that 40 pounds were "discarded or unusable" during the butchering process. When I brought this up the owner got extremely defensive and said "so many people out there accuse us of taking their meat." Clearly she doesn't make the connection - maybe if a lot of people are complaining about the same issue, there is in-fact an issue. Not only am I not receiving the roasts from my mule deer, I am being denied the honor of sharing it with my friends and family over Thanksgiving dinner. That's what really hurts. There are plenty of other good meat processors in the area. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.
