I had an awful experience!! I purchased a $100 gift certificate from the man that works there and he never told me of any "expiration" policy of any kind he just wrote it up and placed it straight into an envelope, trusting the character of the business I never opened the envelope till the day I went back in to get the pedicure maybe a month later and I just handed it to a lady that was there that day working the register and all of the sudden she told me "it had expired" she was very rude made a scene getting loud and telling me "she remembered selling me the certificate and she told me it was only valid for a short period" which is a lie she didn't sell it to me and I wasn't told of any expiration policy, I ended up having to pay an extra $100 for the services that day, so i basically paid the $100 last time for a worthless piece of paper, very unhappy with the customer service!! read more

Never had a problem with bacterial infections when getting acrylic pedicure but immediately got one after getting my pedicure done here last month...The staff was rude and made me wait a hour saying it wont take long. The lady doing my pedicure was rude and not once tried talking to me. The Vibe was not it the whole time and now i have to deal with this nasty ass infection. Dont waste your money here. I will never go back to this place. Hue did my nails. First off he wasn't able to design what I wanted. Nor the several designs I showed. So I picked something simple. He was nice at first then began to complain his eyes were hurting for straining to put the gems on. The acrylic was way too thick, a couple of my natural nails was showing, and the gems started falling out the next day. I went back so he could fix them and he argued with me that he put 3 layers of glue. And that they must of fell off when I do my hair. He finally put the gems but not all of them. And put way too much glue. While doing so he was talking his language so I would not understand. He didn't even have the balls to say it in English. read more

The service was fine I thought that they looked good they were a gel set fill all my gel is chipping it's so thin polish is coming off and my original chips have cracked and Hugh was my nail tech sucks didn't even last three days will never go again waste of money but yet they came highly recommended in Deming I've never had gel polish chip or the nail chipped. And I've never cracked my tips before Or chip them hope I can make it till Thursday to get to my next appointment I should've complained after three days but I didn't when I started marking everything with the nail polish in the house lesson learned they're not any good besides the place was filthy read more

Luckily the first few times Hugh was my nail tech. He is 5 star! He talks to you and makes you feel appreciated. I have gone to nail salons for decades. Today I had a different gentleman and the experience was less than the morning of pampering I was hoping for. He talked a lot (in Asian) to other workers in a tone that indicated he was mad. He was twisting my hands and fingers. Correct me if I am wrong, but am I not paying for the service and my expectations should be considered? If this had been my first visit, it would have been my last. I was literally in a bad mood when I left. Next time I will wait for Hugh! He understands quality customer service. read more
