45 minutes late to inspection, with no call or text. Late to provide report when promised, which almost resulted in losing the ability to make any repair requests. He committed to sending it to me on a Monday afternoon, and when I did not receive it, I called and texted him for it, he said it would be sent that evening. It never arrived, and he just stopped responding to my messages. It finally arrived the next day...after I had to file a request to extend the inspection period. Also missed multiple issues throughout the house, which resulted in me having to spend more money to fix. Poor communication, unprofessional, poor service/inspection. Would not recommend. read more
