Friendly staff, and a nice looking place inside. My problem was the food. Its certainly not outstanding, I'd say it was distinctly average. If that's your thing you will have an enjoyable meal. What let his meal down was the fact it had been microwaved be being brought to our table, resulting in part warm and park cool food. Dessert was no different. So much better than the mess it has replaced and the new owners deserve recognition for that, but the food needs more work.

Organising a group of that size is never easy, but the team at Pasha handled everything smoothly, professionally, and with genuine hospitality. The food was the standout. The mixed grills, kebabs, and meze platters were perfect for sharing, and everything arrived hot, fresh, and full of flavour. Portions were generous, and the selection of starters made it easy for everyone in our group to find something they enjoyed. The lamb dishes were especially tender, and the grilled chicken was perfectly seasoned. Service was organised and attentive without ever feeling rushed. Staff were patient with our large group, checked in regularly, and made sure orders were correct. The atmosphere was warm and relaxed, making it a great spot for celebrations or gatherings. Overall, Pasha proved to be a fantastic choice for a large party delicious food, friendly service, and great value. We wouldn't hesitate to return with a group again.

The Holiday Inn is one of my favourite chains of hotels. This is due to the simplistic nature of…read moretheir rooms; their many facilities available at usually each hotel; and their standard room rate. I particularly enjoy the breakfast they provide at the Plymouth branch of their chain. This is because of the extensive nature of the food provided, the spacious tables and chairs arrangement (not too close to other guests, room to push your chair out a little, etc.) and the beautiful view. However, they do have impersonal customer service, but isn't that what we all expect anyway from such a large business? Surely if we're just traveling for business and are tired most of the time, we don't need some customer service person asking us how we're doing every hour, do we? I think for the money, chains of hotels like this are brilliant. If you didn't want the corporate feel, you could stay somewhere else and pay less.

Housekeeping services and front desk services are TERRIBLE. Waited for over 2 hours after letting…read morethe front desk know (at2pm!!!) that we would like for our room to be cleaned. This was after we left the room at 11 am for an outside engagement. Front desk staff were rude and unhelpful. Reservations manager not much better. If you choose to stay here, expect to have to inform them MULTIPLE TIMES before room will be cleaned.
