Arrived on time with all equipment necessary. Very polite and got to work, within 15-20 mins. they had everything disassembled and loaded in their truck! They were fast, respectful, polite, professional, and beyond helpful throughout our entire move from Radford to Christiansburg. As someone who has a hard time sitting back and not helping, I really appreciated how these guys simply took the lead and handled everything. They made the entire moving process feel so much easier and less stressful. They worked efficiently, knew exactly what they were doing, and treated our belongings with care. And honestly, one of the things that impressed me the most was how wonderful they were with our two-year-old. She was running in and out of rooms the entire time, and they were patient, kind, and respectful toward her throughout the whole process. They never made us feel like she was in the way, and they even chatted with her and smiled at her while continuing to work. As a parent, that meant so much to us! The guys were also genuinely great to talk to, which made what could have been a stressful day actually enjoyable. They unloaded an entire house incredibly quickly while still maintaining such a positive attitude the entire time. Tristan is clearly running an outstanding business, and his team is a reflection of that. These guys are awesome, and it's obvious that they take pride in what they do and in how they treat their customers. We absolutely do not plan on moving anytime soon , but if we ever need moving services again, Big Dawgs will be the very first people we call.
