Our son Caleb had ran out of formula and I went out to get some. CVS was closed, the grocery stores were closed. I knew they wouldn't have it so I stopped anyways. One of the owners was in there, real sweet lady. I asked her "you don't happen to sell any baby formula?" She said "no." As I was walking out the door, dreading heading to Hendersonville or Spartanburg; she asked "does your baby need formula?" I told her "yes, we just ran out." Anyways she went outside to her vehicle and gave me two cans of formula and wouldn't take anything for them. From that point on I was sold. Those are the kind of people I want to give my business. I'll never forget it, and I'll always be grateful for her random act of kindness

So if you can hold out a couple more miles to get here, it could save you enough money to pay for lunch! This Li'l Cricket is a Marathon distributor. I found it extremely easy to access and get back onto the Interstate. Pay at the pump worked and the printer gave me a receipt for ten gallons of the least expensive gas I bought on the entire thousand mile journey from the far corner of Arkansas to Charlotte. My car is happy (I know this because she stopped beeping at me for low fuel), my wallet is happy (because it's fat and a fat wallet is a happy wallet) and I'm happy because we were back on the road quick and snappy!

Cold beer, snacks, lotto, propane tanks, etc, etc, etc! Normally I'd give a stop like this one three stars but when people are nice to me I will often up the ante a star! I recommend this store to the public.

I come the 2nd time around and I'm waiting in the lobby for over 90 minutes and then they proceed to tell me that the new windshield they got is also damaged and made me reschedule a 3rd time. I don't understand why they couldn't check these windshields when they arrive the morning of. I was probably lied to about these windshields being damaged as they were after market windshields and It was explained to me by the next company I went with that you have to use a windshield directly from the manufacturer due to specific calibrations that have to be done. Absolutely unprofessional from these guys. Showed up for the 3rd appointment an hour late and they denied me and tried to reschedule me a 4th time! Half the reason I was late was because the lady at the front desk had promised to call me to confirm that the windshield was good and ready to go the morning of so I didn't show up and have my time wasted again! I never received a call. An hour before I called and could never get a hold of the office. I was redirected to a customer support line and they reached out to the main office for me. They couldn't even get a hold of them. Absolutely unprofessional.

The price for regular gas was 2.57 per. gallon. My usual Costco in Spartanburg, S.C. only has two bays in their rows and there's usually a line of cars ahead of me that looks like a funeral procession! This location has three bays in each row and vehicles move rapidly. Yesterday was the busiest traveling day of the year and yet we didn't wait at all! We filled up and were on our way home in record time.

About a mile off I-85 along Woodruff and backed up to I-385, this is the separate fuel center for…read morethe Costco warehouse. To access the station, you will go straight at the first stop sign from the entrance and pass to the LEFT of the warehouse. (I went to the right and got a fun look at the back of the warehouse.) The fuel price here is at least 10 cents cheaper than other stations nearby, as the cost is subsidized by your Costco membership. Yes, only members can use the station - you will need to scan your membership card at the start of the transaction. If there's a queue, how much is your time worth to save 10 cents for maybe 15 gallons of gasoline? There are 3 aisles with 2 double-sided pumps, for a total of 12 pumps. You can use whichever queue is the shortest as the hoses are extra long and will reach across larger vehicles to fuel on the opposite side. Please be sure to pull up to the forward pump so two vehicles can fuel at the same time. This is a gas station only. There are no snacks or drinks or vending machines. There are no squeegees. There are no restrooms here. The pumps are under a very high roof, so there is room for an RV under here though some of the corners to get in and out of the parking lot could be a challenge. They also have high pressure air for you to get all the crumbs and stuff out of the crevices of your car. Pro-tip (thanks to the man next to me) use the air guns on your carpet floor mats it's a lot easier than the vacuums and works better because the vacuums are super powerful. There are a few washes to choose from and the wash does a pretty good job. Best option for a great vacuum and decent wash. I will be back!
