Was also charged $200 for parts that included a new outlet box, and 3 feet of romex wire flex. I supplied all the other items they used. When I questioned the price on the 2 parts he said time and travel was added on. Good workers, but never met the Owner, just way over priced on labor for the helper and any parts they supply. Never again, feel like they pulled a switch and bait on hourly rate and overly gauge you on any parts they use. THE OWNER REPLIES COMPLETY FALSE. I have invoice, and text that can prove that all I said was correct. I got charged $200 in parts for 3 foot romex wire flex, that was probably a left over from a job, and a new outlet box, and a few wire nuts. Brandon what is false.

I did at the recommendation of a neighbor. They sent a young man the day after I called, fixed the two pipes under my sink and a leaking drain pipe under the house which came down from the toilet. John Michael was the young man who did the work. He seemed to do a good job (time will tell.) He was mannerly and professional, completed the work expeditiously - in about 45 minutes. Then he socked me with a $600 invoice. I couldn't believe my eyes. I know plumbing work is high, but I was expecting a $250 - $300 expense. I will not be calling them again.
