Anna made sure I was informed about everything that would happen, and when there was a problem she immediately picked up the phone and made calls to resolve it. Luis in the Wells Fargo Advisors group also went above and beyond to help me. If I still lived in Miami this would absolutely be my bank. After I left Wells Fargo I went to the Regions on Bird and 94th Ave and just felt very unappreciated. Regions in Longwood is very friendly, but the service at the Bird road location was horrible, especially compared to the service I had just received at Wells Fargo. If I still lived down there I would've switched banks immediately. Most of the tellers are bilingual which is always a plus! To see a bank rep usually takes a bit, it doesn't matter if they have two agents or all the agents working for some reason it just takes for to make changes or open up an account. The security guard is a trip, he's always so preoccupied in other things that he would probably be the last person to realize the bank is getting robbed. Anyway, today the drive thru was empty which was really strange so I made my deposits painlessly. Got lucky today and the drive thru was empty.
