They had dedicated administrators and estimators in the office to help with my enquiry who were all very helpful. Since the job I have since had a boiler and new heating system fitted, tiling done, a new balcony added to the front of my house and other more minor works. I've used Waterways a number of times. They have replaced my boiler, heating system and changed all…read moremy radiators and have fixed a few leaky pipes too. They were also great when I called them for an emergency where a pipe leaked behind my kitchen wall creating a swimming pool in my kitchen. I now have them on speed dial. They are very reasonably priced compared to some others I've used in the past and have always been friendly. We also appreciate them tidying up after themselves when they're done which is always great. Highly recommended.
