The entire contract was $14,000, but I was only providing him $10,270 since he kept asking for more money throughout and after the painting job, which prevented him from completing my task. However, after the painting was completed, he failed to show up for the roof repair work for a month, lying and making up excuses every time. I now want my money back, but he is refusing to give it to me and making up excuses. Seeing other people's experiences with this same man surprises me. But my experience was totally opposite. This man is not to be trusted.
