I was quickly greeted by the receptionist and offered a delicious hot chai tea to defrost from the winter weather while waiting to go back to the treatment area. I had a custom facial and dermaplane with Sherise and a 60 minute massage with Emma. This was my 3rd massage and 1st facial with Remedy Spa. In the past year, my husband and I have come in for couples massages to celebrate our birthdays, we had the pleasure of working with Erin and Demmetria at the East loaction and Natalie and Kersa at the West location. Every therapist we have worked with has been wonderful. I can't wait to go back!!

There was a fire this summer and now they are in Bradley Fair. For many years I purchased their services and products and I had joined a program where I received money back to apply towards services. A few weeks ago I tried to use these funds towards my service as I had accumulated several hundred dollars. I was told records of these funds were lost in the fire so I was sol but I could join the new program for $20. I realize its only $20 ,but since they lost several hundred dollars it seems unreasonable to ask me to pay $20 for the NEW program. I stated this but no one really cared. On a positive note, facial and nail staff are excellent ! Unfortunately quite a few staff members have gone to other spas.

I went to go get my nails done week ago exactly. When i called, they told me the nails are 45$…read more Online, it says a full acrylic set was 30$. I went in, sat down and told them what I wanted. Everything was fine at first, the lady i got was super rough and nicked me multiple times chasing my cuticles to bleed badly. I have scabs where she nicked me with the drill and my cuticles started burning. She didn't put a base color on my french tips. My nails are clear and you can see my real nails underneath. The pain job felt rushed and does not look great. My nails are not straight and kind of bumpy from not filing my square nails enough. My nails do not grow fast at all. I normally have acrylics on for a month and a half. My nails look fully grown out because she didn't apply to my cuticle and some of my nails are not even covered fully by the acrylic. It looks horrible. I would like to have my nails redone. I'm very upset!

I'm a bit confused to how or why this nail salon has the ratings it does!?!…read more Last week on my way into Wichita I called and scheduled a pedicure. I told them I would be there in 20 minutes and they agreed to that. I walked in. They greeted me and continued to get a station ready for me. I was told to sit and start soaking. There were 3 other ladies already in tubs. 2 were getting serviced and the third was clearly still waiting. I figured ok, once they finish up, then they will start us. It took 45 minutes before a tech sat in front of me. To make matters worse I wasn't even next in line. She proceeded to take my polish off. Which I didn't get as she went from toe to toe barely cleaning them off. She continued with the cuticle pusher and again barely touching them. She proceeded to use the foot file and as she was rushing through this process she cut my pinky toe pretty bad. It was clear to me this was simply all about quantity not quality. She was skipping toes and literally leaving cuticles in plain view. I was in pain and annoyed so I asked her not to finish as she unsuccessfully tried to get the bleeding to stop. I asked for a bandaid and they charged me a discounted fee. Which looking back I shouldn't have even paid. It was the worst pedicure I have ever gotten. I literally had to finish what she had started. Thankfully i did nails for over 20 years in real spas and knew what I was doing! I couldn't wear anything but open toe shoes because of the constant bleeding. Save your money. It wasn't worth the $25 they charged me let alone what they normally charge.
