Mathew was great at making sure that we were putting in competitve offers without having to just increase our price! He was also there when the mortgage broker that we decided to go with bailed on us. If it wasn't for Mathew and his connections we would not have gotten a mortgage in time for the house we finally found and had an offer accepted on. He was able to call in a favor with a competing mortgage broker to get our horrible mortgage broker to finish things up in time.
