My Girlfrjend and I frequent this liquor store and our experience there is usually a good one, but today our experience was other wise. She was targeted, racially profiled, discrimanated, harassed and disrespected by a female staff member Roslynn Madrid. At which point she was rudely asked to leave by Roslynn a cashier who was not even the one who attended to us, the supervisor Marc Langlaise then stepped in and without enquiring aboutwhat actually happened he proceeded to also tell my girlfriend to leave because he had to protect his staff?!! At this point I stepped in to protect her as she ran out of the store crying and visibly emotional. then and only then did we get any apology for the rude and disrespectful behavior of your staff member. Our evening was ruined by this experience because we were planning on celebrating valentines day that evening. .My girlfriend has been emotionally traumatised by this experience at the liquor store which should be a quick in an out transaction. Perhaps there should be a better screening process / training of staff and better management to handle situations like this. I've been consoling her since this happened and really not sure how I can help her move passed this experience other than seeking professional help. read more
