In my OPINION, Cris Rasco is a totally unprofessional attorney who racked up fictitious and…read moreexaggerated charges to screw me out of my $5,000 retainer. He is the attorney I hired to "help" me with my Texas City fiasco. In my OPINION, he's not happy that I dropped the lawsuit so he sent me a ridiculously inflated billing statement that used up all but twelve bucks out of my $5,000! And to add to my frustration, he routinely ignored MULTIPLE emails and rarely responds to any attempts to contact him. I highly recommend that nobody use him, and help me spread the word about my experience. Instead, she kept facts about the law to herself leaving me in the dark to navigate without the benefit of her knowledge. After a feigned attempt at reaching a settlement with my opposition, Diane positioned herself to ensure continued fee income. It took me days of research to discover the the law as it applied to my case, and the information and knowledge withheld. Information and knowledge about matters very routine to "experts" such as she. This resulted in great finacial loss. I do not recommend Diane Clark.

I was referred to Mr. Glass (who came highly recommended generally) via my legal plan. Since I did…read morereceive so many "word-of-mouth" referrals in addition to them, I had no issue in seeking a consult. When I called to speak with the attorney, I spoke with "Kathy," who was the most unprofessional individual I'd ever had the displeasure of speaking with. She literally read from a script (making note that the attorney would be out and delayed for the holidays) and didn't acknowledge any question I presented her - only repeating what was apparently either on her screen or written in front of her. When I asked her name and to verify that I was indeed calling the right number, she rudely responded. She made note that she was just relaying the information in front of her. I'm not sure what to make of that, except that it's very off-putting and not appealing to me as a potential client. For that reason, I'll seek another attorney.
