Changed ownership and it's completely gone downhill. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! After a tornado in April 2023, Casey told me I had a leak and I needed to have a plumber come. I called a plumber out and after $200, he told me there was no leak and that Casey "may be good at filling the tank but he wasn't any good at reading them". He came out today after I inadvertently let it run out of propane and guess what....he, again, said it has a leak. Also, he's extremely rude! read more
