This bank has caused me more bad days than my ex-wife. I had something pop up on my checking…read moreaccount on Sunday morning which put my account in the red. At this time the charge was "pending" and with my overdraft privilege I shouldn't get a fee until it posts. I went to work Sunday and when I was done @ 414pm I headed to the bank and deposited money to put the account back into the positive. So eventhough I deposited the money before the charge actually posted and I have overdraft protection the bank still screwed me with an overdraft fee. Think we need to put together a class action lawsuit against them.

The staff is rude act like they are better than you. The atm is new only works 1% of the time. If you don't get direct deposit you pay $15 to have a bank account with them. We all closed out our accounts. Left and went to a local bank. With free banking and the staff is great the atm works 100% of the time.

Couple to that the online loan interface looks very sketchy to the point that im not sure security ranks as a priority. I got the car loan in March. I just found out that there is an early payoff fee that I was not made aware of nor was it immediately apparent in the fine print when the car lot did the loan for me. Fortunately I am in a position to payoff the loan in the next couple of months. Even though there is an early payoff I find it in my best interest to do it and get away from FBoH as quickly as possible before they either screw up my amazing credit rating or they charge me some other charge that wasn't disclosed during loan establishment. ​

You have to go to a different website and make a payment and the only payments that show up are the payments you've made online. You can't see if you're ahead in payments, behind in payments just some generic DOS website that hasn't been updated in this century anyway. If you have any loan questions you need to call and sit through multiple prompts to get loan details. Come on first bank everyone deserves to see their Loan info as they please.

We noticed a bunch of charges through PlayStation out of California (we are in Ohio) (Almost $400). At that same time, my husband got a text from Wesbanco saying there was fraudulent activity on our account. He called and had it "taken care of" and the lady said the money should be back in our account in 1-2 days and that we needed to go to a local branch as well. We went to the local branch in Marietta and did the paper work and were told that the money would be returned in 7-10 business days (which honestly,that makes more sense than 1-2 days). That was the middle of April . My husband called today (May 8 ) to inquire when the money would be returned because nothing has been put back into our account.... They told him that our claim has been denied and won't be getting the money back And that we could TRY to contact PlayStation but there was no guarantee they would do anything. Absolutely ridiculous! In this economy, being screw out of almost $400 hits hard.
