Perfect for families with kids who want to explore the outdoors, though watch out for hazards like barbed wire. Three things you need to know before you go: the proprietor Danny lives on site in an adjacent unit; there are lots of birds which means lots of chirping, and; there are train tracks nearby so there is occasional train whistle noise which might be a problem if you are a light sleeper. Overall the value here far outweighs any negatives; in addition, if you want to try fly fishing Danny will take you down to his private riverbank and show you the ropes. Danny asks that guests do some of the cleaning and this is the tradeoff for not having a cleaning fee. A good option for families on a budget who don't mind pitching in. read more
