I am grateful for everyone at classic expecially Tim. They are all great professionals that i will recommend to anyone within their servicing areas for any of my friends needs. They also were contracted with our remodel a few years ago and the great job they did then is why I returned to them now. I will return again in the future.

We have nothing but compliments for Peace of Mind Plumbing. Jacob has been great to work with and…read moreCole did an excellent job with our tub, toilet flange, and minor pipe update. Cole also noticed that my hose was still attached to my spigot outside. He removed it and noted ice in it, then recommended I put a space heater near the pipe in my bathroom to thaw things out. Going that extra mile saved me from a burst pipe with the incoming cold snap we had the following weekend. Everyone I have spoken with has been extremely communicative and kind, and has made me feel like this giant project in my house is something manageable and easy. Peace of Mind Plumbing is the perfect name for this company. Thanks, guys!

It's basically the same, except we get discounts on repairs. It is well worth it to keep your HVAC running in tip top shape. Today I called around 10a and was able to get someone out at 1p the same day. Ron came over to clean/inspect our AC unit. He was on time, very friendly, and knowledgeable. He did not try and tell me I need something changed on my AC, unlike other companies have told me. I now know my AC will be humming right through these hot and humid Illinois summers. It's been hard to find a HVAC place I feel I can trust, but I believe Lanz is it.

We were having issues with water not draining properly and actually backing up back through drains…read more It was 11:00 on a Saturday morning, so we were worried about 1) could they work us into their schedule and 2) how much extra would it be for weekend/emergency service. We were told they would get to us, but it would be a couple of hours as there were a few jobs already ahead of us. They arrived in what we considered a very timely fashion, especially on a Saturday afternoon. They listened to what I explained as the issue, observed the clean out, and knew exactly what to do. They ran the auger approximately 100 feet and you could hear it breaking through the tree roots. Upon retracting the auger, the roots were very evident on the cable and the claw. The service guy was very friendly and explained what he was doing through the whole process. He was extremely willing to answer all my questions. We were expecting to pay $500-$600 for this kind of service on a weekend. I was very pleasantly surprised when he said it was $305. I would definitely recommend Schoonover Sewer Services and I would definitely use their services again if needed!

You don't think about how important your plumbing is until it doesn't work…read more Aaron and his team came out and did a fairly large project for us which involved tearing out our entire sewer line and replacing it. The project went very smoothly given the age of our house and a few obstacles that presented themselves along the way. Their whole staff was very patient as I asked an enormous amount of questions. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter for small or large jobs. They gave me a free estimate for the work, showed up when they said they would, followed through with quality work, and at the end I paid the amount we agreed upon.

This Mr. Rooter Franchise is dishonest…read more We called them for an emergency plumbing service, for which they successfully cleared the blockage promptly. This left a good first impression, and we proceeded with a recommended camera inspection which revealed damage to a sewer lateral that needed repairs. Naturally, we agreed to have them promptly fix the issue and gladly paid a deposit on the work (to start the following day at the latest). When Mr. Rooter failed to return to our home over the following two days (while we did not have working plumbing)! we called to cancel the work and hired another vendor (who promptly completed the repair for us). This occurred in November 2025 and we still have not received a refund for the deposit (thousands of dollars) as of April 2026 despite repeated written and phone requests. If you do decide to work with this company, please avoid giving them a deposit/down payment until you are satisfied with a completed job. The gentleman who showed up late in the evening for the emergency call really helped us out, but that's not enough to make up for the subsequent failures and dishonesty.

Wife was worried about radon and wanted a lid on the sump, instead of trying to figure it out…read moremyself I hired True Plumbing. Initial quote was for $510 to retrofit a lid and replace the two older check valve's. This price is with me purchasing both the lid and check valves ($110). So I was expecting to spend approximately $620 to get this job done. The first appointment they replaced the check valves and told me the lid I bought (I bought two different sized lids) wouldn't work. They told my wife we needed a 19 inch lid. Charged $244 for that visit and work. I bought a new lid and called them out again. The lid also doesn't work and my wife tells them to just install it, which I acknowledge she shouldn't have done. There was also a copper line that was plumbed in so out of plumb I'm actually surprised it was left like that. Lastly I was charged an additional $466 for this second visit. So I'm out of pocket approximately $830 (including the $110 I spent on parts) for a job I believe was poorly done. I let the point of contact know I wasn't happy with the work done and he said he stands by their work.
