I got a professionally drafted estimate shortly after inspection of the damage. Solid and fair pricing and they worked with me on adjustments that were needed to comply with the insurance. No open-ended pricing positions, very fair and honest estimate I could work with. The job was done professionally and in a timely manner. I would recommend and work with them again anytime and am so glad, we choose this company to replace our roof.

Once my kitchen was done, we had some water damage in two rooms and I called on Renovations again to repair that interior work and paint the exterior of my home. Every aspect of their work is outstanding. They are professional and extremely trustworthy. I see no reason to call anyone else for all of my design or remodeling. They are like family now and I hope to have a long relationship with them. Now on to the master bath renovation!!

My bid from Legacy was about $7500- by waiting patiently for another roofer- I had the repairs properly and reliably done for $1500. But they do talk a good game and make you want to believe-- just don't!!!!!!!

Jordan was the first introduction and he was great from start to finish. He answered all of my many questions and kept me informed of the status. I did not have to guess where I was in the process or reach out like usual with so many other service providers these days. What he said was going to happen, is what happened and when he said it would happen, it did. Prior to the tear-off, Valerie, in the office, let me know the schedule and what I should prepare and expect. In her defense, I did not read the email until the day after it started so I wasn't fully prepared for the roofers, but the document had every detail I needed to know. Angel was lead and he reached out to let me know the plan. As mentioned above, I was not fully prepared but Angel went above and beyond to get the area prepared. He was there for my questions and the whole crew were very professional. The roof was done when promised and easily passed the city's inspection! I can not thank the Legacy Crew enough! They turned an expensive, stressful task into a walk in the park! Thank you Legacy Crew!

He comes off as very bothered to answer basic questions about a proposal. And prepare yourself if you have an issue with their work. They made a mistake during our roof replacement and he was very argumentative, snarky, and defensive when we tried to get a resolution. 2. Keep an eye on your invoice and make sure they prove they used the materials they said they used. I watched his guys load materials up at the end of the job only to find I was being charged for these materials on my final bill. 3. The onsite workers did a great job cleaning up. They picked up multiple times throughout the process and we had no issues with them. My only criticism would be that they have someone onsite who speaks english during the entire process, so you can ask questions as things come up.
