It's a common practice upon reviewing Facebook and twitter reviews. DO NOT get propane from Williams. My elderly mother was subjected to harassment by one of the managers. He persistently inquired about her decision to discontinue her service with Williams.
After enduring a prolonged interrogation, I advised my mother to terminate the call. I strongly recommended that she close her account for a valid reason. My parents were devoted customers.
Following my mother's passing, two of the employees arrived to remove the propane tank. During this process, they exhibited a short temper and displayed anger towards me for an unspecified reason. There was no justification for their anger towards me.
Subsequently, after removing the tank, they neglected to secure the propane line. Fortunately, all of this was captured on the surveillance cameras.
Any additional charges incurred in the process of servicing this line will be billed to Williams. This action will be taken in response to the inappropriate behavior of the manager towards my mother and the unprofessional conduct of the two employees. read more
