Nathan Williams did a great job preparing our estate planning and living will. They have a beautiful office.

Nathan Williams prepared our end of life documents and determined we didn't need all that we thought we needed.

I should have written this a long time ago, but since it's still something that bothers me, I just…read morewant to share, so hopefully no one else goes through it. In 2019 A friend recommended Nina's office and told me how wonderful and caring they were, so I really looked forward to that. I was coming out of a horrible marriage, have sole custody of my daughter, and went to them to help me to get my ex husband to pay child support. They were so amazing to me and made me feel like my case was important to them, they just made me feel so comfortable, they were so caring. One day I went into their office with my son to show them the things my ex husband was texting to myself and my children and that's when one of them asked if my ex was so and so's son and how nice a guy my ex's father is. I totally agreed with her, and said I wasn't have issues with his dad, just him. From that moment on I felt like everyone was changing on me. Nina and I went to court twice I believe and my ex was told how much to pay, and then it was like that was it, it was just over. I didn't understand. Yes it's court ordered, but how do I get him to pay? I don't remember everyone's name, but Nina's Paralegal was out of the office for some time and I believe it was out of her control, however I wasn't getting child support even after court and called Nina's office for help. I had no idea that I wasn't supposed to do that or that my case was closed (noone ever told me) and so I would email or call frequently letting them no what was going on, because I kept being told that I had to wait for the paralegal to come back and so the secretary wrote up a letter to send to my ex to tell him he's in contempt but I'm not sure it was sent. Anyway, after Nina's paralegal came back, she had me come into the office to see her, I was so excited because now I could get some help. As soon as I sit down I'm told my case was closed the last time we went to court and Let me tell you, in the very beginning, they told me we had to put down $5k but it would only be $1500. The 5k was just incase we went over at all, and I would get the remainder reimbursed when my case was closed. I got about a little over 7 hundred back after I bitched because they were only going to give me 3 hundred back. I asked where the other 3500.00 went, and they literally charged me for every phone call and email I sent them and that was $150.00 a piece. There's no where in the contract that says they do that, but what I think happened is when they realized who my ex xhusband was, they decided to jump on his side and treat me like crap. I would never recommend this place to anyone and if you do go, make sure you ask them how much they charge for when you ask for help on your case, each call and email. I seriously feel like they stole from us but gave 3 stars because they did help me get a court order for child support.

They would call me before sending an unpleasant document or letter from the opposing party to prepare me. Ms. Caples regulary did not charge me for work performed on my case. My statements always had no charges on it. Perhaps R.R.'s family member did not get the result they wanted because of the nature of the case. I will refer further friends and family members to Ms. Caples.

I as a first-time successor trustee had no idea how to start in recovering them. Some of the financial institutions mentioned probate as an option, but with no experience, I was hesitant to tackle that myself. Fortunately I found Julie at Arizona Probate LLC. After she phone-interviewed me to get an understanding of my mother's assets, she suggested I use a "Small Estate Affidavit", which she prepared for a reasonable price and in a timely manner. Happily, my mother's financial institutions both accepted the Small Estate Affidavit and released the assets so that I could settle the estate. Julie was a huge help. With her on the team, the process was clear, easy and affordable. I highly recommend Arizona Probate LLC and Julie. I would readily hire her again any time I needed estate work.

I was overwhelmed to learn I had to file Probate in another state. I hired Julie of Arizona Probate, LLC after firing another service who was completely incompetent & caused me two months of unnecessary stress & delay. I was so thankful to find Julie. To say she's been a life saver is no exaggeration. She is knowledgeable, competent & also a fiduciary, which is an added bonus. The process went from being a nightmare to being handled professionally and in a timely manner. Julie is also just a nice person to work with. I spoke to many other services and I think Julie really stands out among the crowd. I highly recommend her to anyone needing help with the Probate process.

BEWARE of Stachel & Assoc. My dealings with Stachel and his office can be described as a bit of a…read moreshady experience. At the beginning they were helpful and somewhat friendly (the sales pitch) but then became evasive, non communicative and used intimidating language. Their office worked hard and fast selling off my dad's estate and took care of some issues that came up with another character effectively. However, at the end of the sell off -- they did not respect their verbal agreements made to me, were misleading and provided inaccurate, messy accounting in an attempt to overcharge and pay themselves more than was owed. Payments from the estate were immediately made to Stachel that were not agreed to and without any consult with me. A large payment was made to his office the day after a payout on an insurance claim but they never bothered to tell me a check had been received. I found out 6 months later inadvertently. Stachel became uncommunicative when I pursued him for payment on my portion. I had to hire another lawyer to go after him to pay me my portion of the claim. It took over one year to finally receive a check and then he still shorted me. He admitted (to my lawyer) there was a discrepancy that was contrary to the agreement but then manipulated it later so he could claim he did not owe any other money. I took the situation to the AZ State Bar and reported him because I have everything documented on what he did and was attempting to get away with. They (very minimally) tried to intervene but he became passive aggressive and used undermining language to describe and discredit me. In a final attempt to negotiate the bar offered a mediation meeting to which I agreed and Stachel never responded. So, I was eventually ghosted. Shame on the Arizona State Bar for not pursuing a serious complaint against one of their members and protecting the public from deceptive lawyers who are crooks preying on people seeking assistance, support and guidance. Stachel should be reprimanded by the bar, at the very least, for his antics. I believe Stachel is an opportunist who will overcharge and find ways to pay himself more than what is agreed to and reasonably owed. And being a "lawyer" he knows how to get away with it.
