Writing about Cindy Salvo is a joy! After having to retain a…read morelawyer to represent me in an Age Discrimination case, something I had no previous experience with, I initially engaged with a large and very prominent Law Firm specializing in these matters. Unfortunately, I soon found out that what was promised didn't line up with my expectations. The fee schedule originally agreed to was quickly amended once the process started, and the new price tag escalated dramatically without any assurances of the outcome of my case. I felt cheated and misled and lost all confidence in the firm and its leadership. Quire unexpectedly, a dear friend recommended I contact The Salvo Law Firm having had personal experience with Cindy Salvo in a labor case he had been involved in. Based on this, I reached out by phone, shared some information with an assistant, and was given the assurance I would hear back. Within just a few hours, if it was that long, I got a call from Cindy Salvo, and from there our journey together began, What transpired over the next two and a half years was nothing less than amazing. Cindy took my case, but even more important, she took up my cause in an incredibly personal way. She was meticulous in every detail, and constantly in contact with me. I wasn't just another client file on her desk. She made me feel mine was the only one! In early 2025 , my case went to trial. The Judge's instructions to the jury of eight, once all testimony and arguments were concluded, was that I as Plaintiff had to have a jury verdict of no less than 7 to 1 to prevail. The odds were against me, but I knew that Cindy had done a masterful job in presenting my case. If we failed, it would not be because of her! The jury came back from deliberations with an 8-0 verdict in my favor. Cindy went on to live up to every agreement she made at the outset. No additional fees , expenses or otherwise. She was true to her word from beginning to end. I've had much experience with attorneys over the course of my long career in business, but never experienced anything like this. To Cindy , this was "personal", not merely professional. What she did all through was above and beyond! What started out as a professional relationship grew to be a deeply personal one. Because that's who and what Cindy is, both an advocate and a friend. I started out saying writing about Cindy was a joy! This testimonial is just that, more than deserved, and the very least I can do to express my gratitude. Hopefully it will give you the confidence and assurance you need in facing your own challenges in the legal system. If you follow my lead, I can give you the absolute assurance you will not be disappointed!

Doesn't come up with a real strategy of how to handle your case, just tells you what the law says, but not how she's going to deal with it to help your case beyond standard filings (she's probably very jaded at this, which is understandable). When asked about her strategy, she said she yells. Not a strategy (a tactic) and not an impressive one although I will admit the magistrates in Family Court aren't very bright, so maybe that's what she has to do. Overall nice enough at first, but too pricey for the advice and results you get from her.
