After 3 visits to fix a faulty central heating system, they finally got it working (after asking us to cal their suppliers and paying for parts direct!), but then it wouldn't switch off. Boiling hot radiators with a 15 month old baby toddling about the place? Not a nice environment. I called to ask them to come and have a look at it and they said they'd be there between 9.30 and 12. 7pm that day and still no visit. After calling to chase it up, the guy I spoke to said it was Paul who was supposed to come out, and he'd get onto it and call me back. After that Stewart Heating started ignoring my calls. It turns out the problem was actually CAUSED by Stewart Heating who re-wired a couple of the heating pumps so one was constantly on. The guy who came out to fix it told me it was dangerous repair that could have had rather nasty consequences. So, I'd avoid them if I were you. They may be cheap but with dangerous repairs, is it actually worth it?
