Here's what we love about Harmony Dental: The staff is very friendly and welcoming! There's a designated waiting area for the kids. Pre-COVID it had video games and books. Now it's just a sitting area but still nice that it's a kid friendly space. I never have to wait long for Dr. Limb or the dental hygienist (I can't remember her name but she's great as well). The rooms have tvs mounted on the ceiling and the kids can pick shows to watch while they are getting their dental work done. They also offer laughing gas which has worked so well for my girls who needed quite a bit of work on their teeth. Between the sweet staff, the tvs and the laughing gas, my girls have never cried or had anxiety while they are at the dentist. On the contrary, they love going to the dentist! Dr. Limb and his dental assistant are so friendly and personable. Not only do they engage in conversation with the parents but with the kids too! The kids get tokens after every visit to use at the vending machines in the waiting area for little prizes like bouncy balls, small animal figurines, etc. The office is pretty accommodating to families with multiple kids. Many medical offices will not allow me to bring all 3 of my kids in at the same time for their appointments. Harmony Dental has always been so great about this and has made it where I can come in just once with all 3! And while I always try to find someone to watch my other kids when only one has an appointment, the staff and dentists have been so great and understanding when I have to bring all the kids in with me. The only negative thing I could say about Harmony is that Dr. Limb doesn't see adults as well lol. If he did, I would most certainly have him do all my dental work as well! He's really the best! And if you check out local moms groups on FB you'll find the same! Local moms love Harmony Dental!

I called Norwalk Family Dental. I called and ended up picking them by obviously reading the reviews and speaking to a few people about them but also because they are in the same shopping plaza as Little Nick's Pizza and Village Gourmet (and a new Bagel Spot). So I made the appointment, and went to see Dr. Grewal at Norwalk Family Dental. I walked up the staircase and into the waiting room. I was immediately greeted by a very nice receptionist who got me squared away with my insurance and before long I was sitting in the chair I had previously had nightmares about. Ok, my wife is asking what's taking so long with my review so I'll speed it up. In walked Dr. Grewal who immediately recognized my apprehension sitting in that "chair of fear". From the moment she started she made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She and the hygienist went to work on, I will admit, was quite a project for them. After doing a lot of "dentist things" I was told I was all set. About and hour of work and I felt nothing but relaxed. Dr. Grewal explained everything they were doing the entire time and took the time to make sure I was comfortable and most importantly, not feeling any pain. They were better than fantastic. I was emailed a breakdown of what I needed done for future visits along with the cost associated with them. I am actually now looking forward to coming back soon and completing what needs to be done. I even received a phone call from the Dr. herself to make sure her patient was doing ok. Now, I should have my wife write her own review, and I'm sure she will, but wanted to mention she made her own appointment with Dr. Grewal shortly after. I will also mention she had the same concerns I did. She went. She loved the visit and experience of having Dr. Grewal and her wonderful staff work on her. She even told me she felt the need to "hug" the Dr. when she was finished. So moral of this review; if you share the same concerns about dentists as we did, go see Norwalk Family Dental. You will not be let down. Plus, you can get some Little Nick's, Village Gourmet or a Bagel for your ride home. Thank you Dr. Grewal.
